Weekly Focus

This week's action items:

1. Funding is now open! Visit Fund Hub in the Member Area to request direct orders, book direct order zoom meetings, and view tutorials.
2. Create your student’s Braintree Schedule - Register for Classes & Clubs!
   1. Join the Waitlist. If a class you want is already full, add your student to the waitlist. When there's enough interest and we're able to secure another teacher, we may be able to open additional sections.
3.  Watch this quick video to get an overview of the updated Parent Portal.

Classes & Clubs

The team is working hard on the backend to bring on more teachers to add more sections of waitlisted classes and clubs. Joining the waitlist is the best way to help us see where the interest is. Live classes, clubs, and writing classes (previously Writers' Workshop) enrollment is located in Sign Up Central -> Braintree Schedule. For questions, reach out to classesandclubs@braintreeed.com.

We recommend that all families use a computer when scheduling their classes and clubs. A computer offers a smoother user experience.

Opt-In Resources

If you signed up for an opt-in resource, your login information will be emailed to you as soon as your new account is ready. Many resource providers have recently closed last year's accounts, and it can take a couple of weeks for new accounts to be activated. Since each provider has a different setup process and timeline, login information will be sent out as it becomes available. Our Resources Team is working hard to set up hundreds of student accounts, and we appreciate your patience as we get everyone ready for a great school year!

This year, all opt-in resources and their pricing are available in Fund Hub! You'll find them in the same place where you place your direct orders. If you have any questions, please contact resources@braintreeed.com.

Supplemental Learning Funds

Direct Orders are officially OPEN — hooray!

We’re so excited to welcome families into the brand‑new Fund Hub Portal this year! The updated system gives you a simplified, streamlined ordering experience where you can easily view your students’ balances and check the status of your orders all in one place. Just log in to your Parent Portal and head to the Fund Hub — training manuals and videos are ready to help you get started.

Coming Soon: Our New Browser Extension!

Since wishlist links no longer work in the new system, we’re excited to share that a brand‑new Browser Extension will be available soon. It will work similarly to the old wishlist links, but with a smoother, more convenient experience for families. We’ll share all the details and step‑by‑step instructions as soon as it’s ready!

Important & Exciting Update: Our Vendor Process Has Been Refreshed!

We’ve spent the summer simplifying and improving the vendor process to make things easier for everyone — families, vendors, and our team.

• If a vendor can be paid directly on their website or through an invoice/pay link, they do not need to be added as a vendor. Just select “Direct Order” and choose one of the vendor options listed.
• If a vendor doesn’t offer those payment options, they can complete the Alternate Vendor Payment Application and be added as long as they offer secular instruction or materials. Select “Vendor Payment” and choose your vendor’s name.
