A Simpler Vendor Process: We've made purchasing with your learning points easier than ever!
This year, most vendors no longer need to complete a Vendor Application Form. If Braintree Academy can pay a vendor directly through their website, invoice, or secure payment link, you're all set—no vendor setup required. It’s truly that simple!

We now have one internal vendor list available in the Fund Hub Portal. There are no additional lists at this time.
How to Request Orders:

If your vendor accepts website portal payments, invoice/pay links, or phone payments, select Direct Order, choose one of the three vendor website options, and complete the fields provided.

If your vendor requires one of the alternative payment methods listed above, select Vendor Payment and choose the vendor’s name from the dropdown menu.
