Weekly Focus

K-2 screeners and checkpoint testing starts in one week!

For the K-2 screeners, parents will receive email log in information on 9/14 with directions for administering Mindplay and iReady at home remotely.

For Checkpoint practice tests - emails were sent on 9/2 with directions for signing up for a test time. Students need to access the secure test browser to log in to their test session at the scheduled time. We will not be sending out links at test time.

Classes & Clubs

We understand that sometimes live and anchor classes or elective clubs are not the perfect fit for every student. You are welcome to drop a class or club if it’s not working for you. However, the period to drop for a reimbursement has closed. This form will remove students from the courses in Buzz.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days to remove students from accounts.

Check out the Provided Homeroom Resources area in your homeroom to explore all the great resources available to you anytime! You’ll find helpful tools and options to support learning across all subject areas.

Supplemental Learning Funds

If you have not yet utilized funding so far this year and are not sure how to navigate our new fund hub portal, you can jump right into our Training Center — This will provide you with helpful videos on how to submit an order, request homeroom resources, submit an alternate vendor payment, or use you exciting browser extension, THE FUND HUB CLIPPER!

What is the fund hub clipper? This is an easy way for you to add all the fun items you are hoping to purchase to your order rather than having to paste the individual URL links for every item!

If you are wondering why you do not see your classes and clubs you have signed up for deducted from your funding, we will get those added within the next week!

Indiana Testing Windows for the 2026-2027 school year

Mark your calendars for these important test dates.

K-2 Literacy and Math Screeners

Parents will receive email directions and log in information on September 14 for Mindplay and iready. Students must complete these screeners by September 25. Reach out to your homeroom teacher if you have questions or need assistance.

Checkpoint Practice Tests (grades 3-8)

If you have not yet registered your student for a practice test session, look for this email in your inbox. Reach out to your homeroom teacher if you have questions or need assistance.

Remote Testing Guide - download the secure browser

In preparation for the remote ILEARN checkpoints for students in grades 3-8, please review the Remote Testing Guide. This includes directions for testing and links to download the secure test browser.

Please note: Chromebooks are not supported for checkpoint testing unless they are managed by Cloverdale. Personal Chromebooks are not compatible with the secure test browser.

Job Openings

Candidates for Junior High Positions need to be licensed in Indiana or be willing to get a reciprocal license.
